CAVERNIUM — COMMUNITY & CONTENT POLICY Version 1.0 Effective Date: 29 September 2026
1. Purpose and Scope
The CAVERNIUM Community & Content Policy establishes the rules that apply to Content and conduct on CAVERNIUM. It is intended to support a music discovery environment in which artists and users can publish, discover, listen to, rate, review, save, follow, and otherwise interact with music and artist-related Content.
This Policy forms part of the CAVERNIUM Global Terms & Conditions. It should be read together with the CAVERNIUM Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy and the CAVERNIUM Privacy Policy.
This Policy does not replace or limit any mandatory legal right, procedure, remedy, or protection that applies to a user or to CAVERNIUM.
2. Content Covered by This Policy
For purposes of this Policy, Content includes music, audio recordings, compositions, lyrics, vocals, performances, artwork, cover images, photographs, videos, text, artist information, metadata, credits, descriptions, ratings, comments, reviews, and other material submitted, uploaded, displayed, or otherwise made available through CAVERNIUM.
Users remain responsible for Content they submit and must maintain the rights, permissions, licenses, consents, and authorizations necessary for its use through the Service, as described in the Global Terms & Conditions and Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
Users must not use CAVERNIUM to upload, publish, distribute, transmit, or otherwise make available Content or engage in conduct that:
• violates applicable law or legal requirements; • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other intellectual property or proprietary rights; • impersonates another person, artist, organization, or entity, or creates a misleading affiliation; • deceives users regarding the origin, authorship, identity, affiliation, or nature of Content; • submits fraudulent or materially misleading information; • manipulates discovery, ranking, recommendation, rating, listening, saving, following, or other Service systems; • artificially generates listens, ratings, saves, rankings, followers, or other engagement; • coordinates multiple accounts or uses bots, automated systems, purchased engagement, or similar methods for manipulation; • distributes malware, malicious code, or other material intended to interfere with or compromise the Service; • interferes with Service security, availability, operation, or technical integrity; • abuses, threatens, or unlawfully harasses other users; • is used to facilitate unlawful activity; or • circumvents or attempts to circumvent a restriction, suspension, termination, or other enforcement action imposed by CAVERNIUM.
4. Artist Identity, Metadata and CAVERNIUM Brand Assets
Artist names, profiles, biographies, credits, artwork, descriptions, and other metadata must not intentionally mislead users regarding identity, authorship, affiliation, or origin.
Users operating artist accounts represent that they are the artist, an authorized representative, or otherwise authorized to operate the relevant artist account.
Users may use the CAVERNIUM name, logo, or other designated CAVERNIUM brand assets in connection with their participation on the platform where such use is intended to identify their presence on CAVERNIUM and does not falsely imply that CAVERNIUM produced, endorsed, certified, sponsored, selected, or officially approved the relevant Content.
CAVERNIUM may provide specific badges, seals, labels, or other visual identifiers, including a designated CAVERNIUM Artist mark. Such identifiers may be used only by artists who are authorized to use them and only in accordance with any instructions or conditions established by CAVERNIUM.
Users must not modify, distort, combine, or use CAVERNIUM brand assets in a manner that is misleading, confusing, defamatory, unlawful, or likely to create a false impression of affiliation, sponsorship, certification, or official approval.
CAVERNIUM may require a user to modify or remove any use of its name, logo, badge, seal, or other brand asset that does not comply with these requirements.
CAVERNIUM may temporarily restrict or review an artist profile or associated Content where a legitimate identity, authorization, brand-use, or affiliation dispute requires investigation, subject to applicable law.
5. Duplicate or Misleading Audio Uploads
Users must not upload the same audio recording, substantially identical versions of the same recording, or misleading duplicate Content multiple times in order to artificially increase visibility, listens, ratings, rankings, or discovery opportunities.
Where CAVERNIUM confirms a violation, it may issue a warning, request clarification or correction, and/or remove or restrict the duplicate Content.
For a second confirmed violation, CAVERNIUM may permanently terminate the relevant artist account and remove the artist profile and associated Content from public availability, subject to applicable law.
6. Ratings, Listens, Saves, Rankings and Discovery Integrity
CAVERNIUM relies on user activity and other signals to support music discovery. Users must not artificially manipulate those signals.
Prohibited manipulation includes, among other conduct:
• repeatedly listening to one's own tracks through other accounts to increase listen counts; • submitting ratings solely to artificially increase or decrease a score; • coordinating ratings with other users for manipulation; • creating accounts to boost or suppress an artist or track; • using automated traffic or bots to generate engagement; • purchasing, selling, exchanging, or arranging artificial engagement; or • otherwise manipulating rankings, recommendations, discovery systems, or platform metrics.
CAVERNIUM may investigate unusual or potentially fraudulent activity and may disregard, adjust, remove, or restrict activity or associated Content where reasonably necessary to protect the integrity of the Service.
Users must not knowingly solicit, direct, encourage, pay, or otherwise arrange for another person, account, service, or automated system to perform prohibited artificial activity on their behalf.
7. Artificial Intelligence and AI-Assisted Content
CAVERNIUM permits the use of artificial intelligence and other technological tools in the creation of music and related Content, subject to accurate disclosure and compliance with applicable rights and laws.
Where CAVERNIUM provides fields or mechanisms for AI creation credits, users must provide accurate information regarding the use of AI in relevant aspects of the Content, including music, lyrics, vocals, artwork, or other creative elements where applicable.
Users remain responsible for ensuring that their use of AI tools complies with the applicable terms of those tools and with third-party rights. AI-generated or AI-assisted material must not be falsely represented as entirely human-created where CAVERNIUM requires disclosure.
The use of AI does not relieve a user of responsibility for Content uploaded to CAVERNIUM.
8. Scraping, Data Mining and AI Training
Unless expressly authorized by CAVERNIUM and, where applicable, the relevant rights holder, users must not use automated systems to scrape, harvest, systematically collect, reproduce, extract, text-mine, data-mine, or otherwise process Content or Service data for purposes outside the normal operation of the Service.
This includes using CAVERNIUM Content to build, train, fine-tune, validate, test, or operate artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to create external databases, datasets, archives, repositories, or similar collections.
This restriction does not prohibit ordinary use of the Service through features intentionally provided by CAVERNIUM, including listening to music, viewing artist profiles, or accessing information normally made available through the Service.
Nothing in this Policy overrides a right that cannot lawfully be restricted under applicable law.
9. Copyright and Other Intellectual Property
Copyright complaints, notices, counter-notices, infringement procedures, and repeat-infringer measures are governed in greater detail by the CAVERNIUM Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
Users must not upload or make available Content that infringes another person's intellectual property rights. CAVERNIUM may restrict, disable access to, or remove Content in response to a valid complaint, legal requirement, or other circumstance covered by the Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.
Action taken in response to a complaint does not by itself constitute a final determination regarding ownership or infringement.
10. Safety, Security and Abuse
Users must not use CAVERNIUM to threaten, abuse, unlawfully harass, defraud, intimidate, or materially harm other users, or to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
Users must not distribute malware or malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with authentication or account security, or otherwise compromise the technical integrity of CAVERNIUM.
Where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or security, CAVERNIUM may apply temporary restrictions while an issue is reviewed, subject to applicable law.
11. Moderation and Enforcement
CAVERNIUM may restrict, remove, disable access to, or suspend Content or accounts where reasonably necessary to enforce this Policy, the Global Terms & Conditions, or related policies; protect the Service or its users; comply with applicable law or legal process; address suspected copyright or other intellectual property infringement; address fraud, manipulation, abuse, or security risks; or protect the integrity of discovery and ranking systems.
CAVERNIUM may apply temporary restrictions while it reviews a suspected violation, infringement, fraudulent activity, security issue, or other matter requiring investigation. Temporary measures may remain in place for the period reasonably necessary to complete the review, subject to applicable law and any rights to notice, explanation, or appeal.
When determining an appropriate response, CAVERNIUM may consider the nature, severity, frequency, evidence, and circumstances of the relevant issue.
Possible actions may include requesting clarification or correction, warning the user, limiting visibility or functionality, disregarding or removing manipulated activity, restricting or removing Content, temporarily suspending an account, or terminating an account where permitted and reasonably necessary.
Where applicable law requires notice, specific reasons, an opportunity to contest a decision, human review, or another procedural safeguard, CAVERNIUM will provide those safeguards to the extent required.
12. Appeals and Reviews
Where CAVERNIUM restricts or removes Content or takes an account enforcement action, an affected user may have a right to request review where provided by applicable law or CAVERNIUM's applicable procedures.
CAVERNIUM may request information reasonably necessary to evaluate a review request. Where an enforcement or moderation decision is made in whole or in part using automated systems, CAVERNIUM will provide human review where required by applicable law.
CAVERNIUM may maintain or reinstate an enforcement action where the relevant violation remains established, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory legal right of appeal, complaint, review, or dispute resolution available under applicable law.
13. Circumvention of Enforcement
Users must not circumvent or attempt to circumvent a restriction, suspension, termination, or other enforcement action imposed by CAVERNIUM.
This includes creating or using another account, artist identity, or other access method for the purpose of continuing prohibited activity or avoiding an enforcement action.
CAVERNIUM may take additional enforcement action where circumvention is established, subject to applicable law.
14. Reporting and Contact
CAVERNIUM may establish reporting or contact mechanisms for users to submit information concerning suspected violations of this Policy, the Global Terms & Conditions, or related policies.
Reports should contain sufficient information for CAVERNIUM to understand the issue and, where appropriate, identify the affected Content or account.
Copyright complaints should be submitted through the procedures and contact information established in the CAVERNIUM Copyright & Intellectual Property Policy.

CAVERNIUM will process such information in accordance with the CAVERNIUM Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, CAVERNIUM may maintain records of moderation actions, including the affected Content or account, action taken, applicable policy, date, and appeal or review status. Retention is subject to applicable law and the CAVERNIUM Privacy Policy.
